Protection of Personal and Health Information
Prosocial Behavioral Health (PBH) is committed to protecting the privacy, security, and confidentiality of all personal information shared with us. PBH follows all federal and state privacy regulations, including full HIPAA compliance for all behavioral and mental health services, whether services are delivered in person, online, or across international locations.
PBH collects only the information needed to provide services, process referrals, verify insurance eligibility, coordinate care, or communicate with clients and guardians. Protected Health Information (PHI) is stored securely and accessed only by authorized personnel. PBH does not share, sell, or disclose client information without written consent, except when required by law, including:
risk of harm to self or others
suspected abuse, neglect, or exploitation of a minor or vulnerable adult
court orders or legal mandates
PBH encourages clients and guardians to avoid sending sensitive information through unsecured digital channels. Requests for records, privacy questions, and security concerns may be submitted directly to PBH.

Clients and guardians receiving services from Prosocial Behavioral Health (PBH) have the right to:
